The correct option is B The spotlight on a stage
A parallel beam of light is when all the rays of light present in the beam are parallel to one another. A table lamp, a car's headlight and the sun all produce divergent beam of light, i.e. the light rays in the beam appear to be originating from a point. But the spotlight on a drama stage is a parallel beam of light as the light is supposed to be focussed onto a circular region on the stage. So, the bulbs in a spotlight are arranged in such a way to produce a parallel beam of light.
