Nucleolus is a spherical structure found in the cell's nucleus whose primary function is to produce and assemble the cell's ribosome. SER of endoplasmic reticulum helps in detoxification of drugs. Stroma is a colourless fluid surrounding the grana(inner space) in the chloroplast and centrioles are present in animal cells and duplicate during cell division; lie perpendicular to each other in centrosome.
So, the correct answer is option: B and C.
