Option D is the answer.
Reason- The number of Hydrogen atoms is not balanced on either side of the arrow.
There are 4 atoms on light hand side of the arrow but 2 atoms on left.
According to the law of conservation of mass, the number of atoms and their masses should be equal on both sides of the arrow in an equation.
Also, this is not a balanced equation.
