In right angled triangle, the sum of squares of base and height is equal to the square of hypotaneous.

Lets check all the options.

In(a), 212+202=841=292 = square of third side

In(b), 122+52=169=132 = square of third side

So, both the combination of measurements can be used to make right angled triangle.

In(c), 32+52=3472

Also, in(d), 42+52=4162

So, option(a) and (b) correct.
