The correct option is C [Co(CN)6]3
The complex having the maximum stability will be the one having maximum CFSE. In the complex [Co(CN)6]3 the Co is +3 oxidized and the ligand present is a strong field ligand hence the configuration of the Co will be t2g6eg0 and therefore the CFSE will be -0.4Δo x 6 = -2.4Δo which is maximum among all the options. Hence option A is the correct answer.
