Solution

The correct options are
A [CoCl4]2tetrahedral
B [Co(PMe3)4]tetrahedral
C [Cu(CN)4]3tetrahedral
Square planar geometry is due to dsp2 hybridization and tetrahedral geometry is due to sp3 hybridization. The complexes in A,B and C undergo sp3 hybridization. Hence they have tetrahedral geometry.
Thus the geometries of complexes in A,B and C are correctly matched.
For the complex in D, due to presence of strong field CO ligand, electron paring results in tetrahedral geometry.
