The correct option is A I, III, IV
Fehling test is shown by aldehyde (having α-hydrogens) and terminal α-hydroxy ketone.
PhCHO does not react with Fehling solution as it does not have α-hydrogens.
Formic acid also responds positively with Fehling's solution as it can readily oxidise to carbondioxide.
N-phenylhydroxylamine can also reduce Fehling's solution and itself converts to nitroso compound.
