The correct option is C
For a molecule to be optically active it should not have plane of symmetry or centre of symmetry.
Compound (a) and (b) has plane of symmetry about the plane of the paper. Hence, they are optically inactive.

In compound (c), both methyl group are on same side of plane hence it does not have plane and centre of symmetry.

Thus, compound (c) shows optical isomerism.
