Maximum number of atoms that can lie in the same plane are 10 ( 2 Al, 4 C and 4 H atoms).

b) Structure of B2H6 is:
So, maximum number of atoms that can lie same plane = 6 ( 2 B atoms and 4 terminal hydrogen atoms)


c) Structure of Be2H4 is:

So, Number of atoms in same plane = 6 ( 2 Be atoms and 4 hydrogen atoms).
