C6H12O6 that is Glucose when dissolved in water does not dissociate into ions at all and hence glucose is a non-electrolyte.
C2H5OH that is Ethyl alcohol when dissolved in water does not dissociate into ions too. Hence Ethyl alcohol is a non-electrolyte.
Similarly, Ethane that is C2H6 does not dissociate into ions when dissolved in water. Thus Ethane is also a non-electrolyte.

So, option D is correct.
