The correct option is B
Conditions for geometrical isomers:
1) Free rotation must be restricted.
2) Both the terminals must be attached with different groups.

In compound (b), both the terminal ends are attached with different group and also have restricted rotation about double bond, thus it will show geometrical isomerism.

In compounds (a), (c) and (d) we have similar groups at the terminal ends of the double bond. Hence, they donot show geometrical isomerism.
