Geometrical Isomerism arises due to different arrangement atoms/groups around a system where free rotation of bonds is restricted.

Free rotation of bonds can be restricted in following ways.
1) by double bond
2) by cyclic system

Cycloalkanes exhibit geometrical isomerism due to restricted rotation about single bond.
In compound (a), the terminals of the carbon has same groups so it does not give different spacial arrangements of group. Hence, it does not show geometrical isomerism.

In compound (b), (c) and (d) we have different groups attached to the carbon with restricted rotation which leads to different arrangements. Hence, they shows geometrical isomerism.
