The correct option is B SiCl4
When the anion is the same in a given set of compounds (or) molecules, polarization in a molecule increases with increase in charge and decrease in size of the cation.
Since the anion is common in all which is Cl, it is the cation which will be the governing factor. As per Fajan's rule, more the charge on the cation, more will be its polarizing power and hence more will be covalent character of the molecule. Among the four, SiCl4 has the maximum charge of +4. Hence, SiCl4 will have maximum covalent character.
