In C6H5CH2CH3 chiral centre is absent. A chiral centre in an organic compound is a carbon atom directly connected to four different groups.
A molecule with a chiral centre which cannot be superimposed to its mirror image are optically active. Optically active compounds which are non-superimposable mirror images of each other are known as enantiomers. Hence, C6H5CH2CH3 can't exist as enantiomer.
Rest other compounds have one chiral centre thus they are optically active and hence can exist as enantiomer.
