On increasing the temperature of gases, the kinetic energy of the particles increases. Due to the increase in kinetic energy, the particles move in random directions. Therefore it becomes difficult to compress the gas if the temperature is high.
On increasing the pressure of gases, the particles come close to each other hence intermolecular force of attraction between them increases. Therefore it becomes easy to compress the gas if the pressure is high.
