Solution

The correct option is D All of these
The Haber's process have equilibrium reaction as

N2(g)+3H2(g)2NH3(g)+Δ

according to the Le chatelier's principle if any changes happen in any component then equilibrium will move that direction where the effect of that change neutralize. This is exothermic reaction so low temperature gives more product and due to having low number of atom in product side so high pressure give more product.
If we remove NH3 then the equilibrium will shift toward product so due to this all options are right.
