The correct option is A High pressure, low temperature
The liquid can be changed in phase transformation to a gas by evaporation and a gaseous phase can be changed into liquid by condensation under conditions of high pressure and low temperature. For example, to change nitrogen into a liquid we need to cool it down below about 200oC and apply high pressure.
