Solution

The correct option is A Allowing the British to enter his territories.
The Tripartite Treaty was signed between the British, Shah Shuja and Maharaja Ranjit Singh. According to the treaty, Shah Shuja would accept the suzerainty on Afghanistan by Ranjit Singh. Ranjit Singh didn't agree to a condition of the treaty which would allow the British to enter his territories.
