The correct option is B
Electric field E inside the conducting material should be zero. But in the option (a) electric field lines are passing through the conductor.So, option (a) is incorrect.

As the surfaces of the conductor are equipotentials surface and and electric field lines must be perpendicular to the surface. So, option (b) is incorrect.

Field lines always point away from positive charges and towards negative charges. So, option (d) is also incorrect as field lines are pointing towards positive charge.

Also, since the charge is close to one face of the inner surface than other, the no of electric field lines on the closer side should be more.
Hence, option (c) is the most suitable choice
