Echolocation is a technique which uses the reflection of sound waves to predict the placement of an object in the surrounding space.
Bats are famous for using echolocation for catching their prey.
SONAR also work on the same principle with the help of ultrasonic waves.
Dogs can only hear ultrasonic sounds but not produce them. Hence, they are not capable to carry out this technique.
Telescope is used to see the details of very far away objects and has nothing to do with echolocations.
