Solution

The correct option is D CTGGCCAGTT
The two strands of DNA are held together with the help of hydrogen bonds formed between the nitrogenous bases (A=T and CG).

As cytosine and guanine bond with three hydrogen bonds and adenine and thymine with two hydrogen bonds, the temperature required to break the hydrogen bonds is more in cytosine guinea(GC) pairs. So more the number of cytosine and guanine pairs, more is the temperature required to separate the strands.

The option d has 6 Guanine and Cytosine and 4 Adenine and Thymine. Among the given nucleotide strands this one requires the highest temeperature for dissociation from its complementary strand.
