The correct option is A Pseudostratified epithelial cells
The pseudostratified epithelial cells possess hair like structures called cilia. These cilia help in the movement of particles or substances, e.g. moving the ova through the oviduct . They do not show amoeboid movement. Cells like macrophages and leukocytes show amoeboid movement wherein pseudopodia are formed by cytoplasmic streaming. The cytoplasm is projected outwards giving a dragging or crawling movement to the cell and to organisms like amoeba. This is done by the cytoskeletal components like microfilaments.
