Dear Student,
Potassium has an oxidation state of +1 , which is present in all the compounds . Because potassium is an alkali metal and loses one electron to achieve a stable octet. It does not have a variable state because it does not have vacant d-orbital therefore it cannot expand its configuration or lose more than one electron therefore the state is fixed while all other elements given have variable state such as in CO2 , C has +4state while in CO , C has +2 atate,
Regards!
