Which is not an integer.

For, $1-x=5$ we get,

$$\begin{gathered} -x=5-1 \\ \Rightarrow -x=4 \\ \Rightarrow x=-4 \end{gathered}$$

Hence we can see that equation $2x+1=6$ does not have solution as integer.
