The correct option is B Aldehydes
Electromeric effect is molecular polarizability effect occuring by intramolecular electron displacement by the substitution of one electron pair for another within same atomic octet of electrons. This effect is shown by compounds containing multiple bonds. It is of two types, i.e. +E and -E.
As can be seen from the structures of alkanes, aldehydes alkl halides and alkyl amines, only aldehydes contain double bond C=O. Hence aldehyde will show electromeric effect.
