Bond order=12[Number of bonding electrons - Number of anti bonding electrons]
I) Bond order of H2=12[21]=0.5
Bond order of H+2=12[10]=0.5
Bond order of H2=12[20]=1
Bond order of H2 is greater than H2 and H+2.
II) Bond order of O+2=12[105]=2.5
Bond order of NO=12[105]=2.5
Bond order of N2=12[105]=2.5
III) Bond order can have any value. And a bond order equal to zero implies that there is no bond at all between the atoms.
IV) NO3 and BO3 do not have same bond order.
