Solution

The correct option is C Uranium
Till 1985, all the nuclear reactors in India were set up with the help of foreign countries such as Russia and America. However, with the help of newly setup research centres, India was able to develop its first indegenous nuclear reactor called Dhruva at Trombay near Mumbai. It was established on 1985. The Dhruva nuclear reactor uses uranium as fuel. It produces around 350 radioactive substances, which are employed in the fields of industry, agriculture, and medicine.
