Solution
The correct option is DMgSO4 MgSO4 on hydrolysis forms Mg(OH)2 and H2SO4
MgSO4+2H2O→Mg(OH)2+H2SO4
Mg(OH)2 is a weak base and H2SO4 is strong acid and its solution is highly acidic.
Hence, MgSO4 has lowest pH.
While MgCO3 on hydrolysis gives weak base Mg(OH)2 and weak acid H2CO3 and NaCl on hydrolysis gives strong base and strong acid thus their pH will be higher than MgSO4.
Also sodium oxalate on hydrolysis gives strong base sodium hydroxide and weak acid oxalic acid thus it's pH will also be not lowest.
