Solution

The correct option is A PtCl42NH3
Option (A) is correct. PtCl42NH3 has two geometrical isomers and is also a non ionisable complex.

The complex [Pt(NH3)2Cl4] shows two geometric isomers, that differ in the ClPtCl bond angle. The prefix cis identifies the isomer in which two like ligands are on same side of the metal atom, and trans identifies the isomer in which two like ligands are on opposite side of the metal atom. In cis isomer, the ClPtCl angle is 90o and in the trans isomer it is 180o. Both the ligands are within the coordination sphere, thus are non -ionisable.
