CN 1 more electron in the energy level diagram

O2 1 more electron in the energy level diagram

NO+ 1 less electron

CN+ 1 less electron

Now, Bond order = 12[Bonding electrons (BE) - Anti bonding electrons(ABE)]

For CN Bond order = 12[10 - 4]=3

For O2 Bond order = 12[10 - 7]=112

For NO+ Bond order = 12[10 - 4]=3

For CN+ Bond order = 12[8 - 4]=2

Therefore, bond order of CN and NO+ is same.
