The correct option is C Divisibility by 3
If any number ends with the digits 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8, then that number is divisible by 2.

If any number ends with 0 or 5, then that number is divisible by 5.

For a number divisible by 3, we add the digits and if the sum of the digits is divisible by 3, then the number is divisible by 3.

For example: Consider the number 513.
5+1+3 = 9
9 is divisible by 3.
Hence, 513 is divisible by 3.

If any number number ends with 0, then that number is divisible by 10.

So, divisibility by 2, 5 and 10 is based the number at the units place where as, divisibility by 3 is checked by the sum of the digits.
