Solution

The correct option is C GnRH - FSH - Ovaries
The hypothalamus secretes many releasing and inhibiting hormones and these, in turn, regulate the secretion and synthesis of pituitary hormones. The hypothalamic hormone called Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) stimulates the pituitary synthesis and release of gonadotropins. FSH is a gonadotropin that stimulates growth and development of the ovarian follicles in females, and LH induces the ovulation of fully mature follicles (Graafian follicles) and maintains the corpus luteum. In males, LH stimulates the synthesis and secretion of hormones called androgens from the testes. FSH and androgens regulate spermatogenesis. CRH or corticotropin-releasing hormone stimulates the release of ACTH.
