Solution

The correct option is D Both b and c
Erythropoietin and renin both hormones are secreted by juxtaglomerular cells of the kidney. Erythropoietin stimulates the process of RBC (red blood cells) synthesis called erythropoiesis.
Renin converts angiotensinogen into angiotensin I, angiotensin convertase enzyme converts angiotensin I to angiotensin II. Angiotensin II, being a powerful vasoconstrictor, increases the glomerular blood pressure and thereby increases glomerular filtration rate (GFR).
Atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) is a hormone that is secreted by the atrial wall of the heart. When there is an increase in the blood pressure, atrial wall of the heart secrete ANF. It causes the dilation of the blood vessels which results in decrease in blood pressure and increase in blood flow.
