The correct option is C v = u + a
The three equations of motions are:
v=u+at
s=ut+12at2
v2=u2+2as
where:
v= final velocity
u= Initial velocity
a= Acceleration
t= Time
s= Displacement

These equations are valid for a body under uniform acceleration.

So, from the options, v=u+a,
is not an equation of motion. Note here, that velocity is added to acceleration, which is not allowed.
