Solution

The correct option is A S2
Atomic radius increase down a group as the number of electrons increases.
For isoelectronic species, anions are larger than the neutral atom which in turn is larger than the cations.
Consider all the options:-
A) Cl Anion with 18e.
B) S2 Anion with 18e.
C) Na+ Cation with 10e.
D) F Anion with 10e.
As reasoned above, species with 18e are larger than species with 10e. Hence, the largest species is either Cl or S2. Since in the case of S2 there will be greater electron-electron repulsion, S2 will be larger than Cl.
Hence, option B is the right answer.
