The correct option is A Rubidium
Krypton's atomic number is 36, therefore it has 36 electrons in it. Among given options Rubidium ion (Rb+) has 371=36 electrons. Thus the correct answer is option C Rubidium. This is because, Rubidium ion exists in the +1 state i.e it loses one of the electron.
