Solution

The correct options are
A Borewell
B Tube well
The water present underneath the surface of Earth is known as groundwater.

Borewells and tube wells are used to tap groundwater from great depths. When more of these wells are dug, more groundwater is drawn out. This reduces the level of groundwater in that particular area.

Broad-bed furrow is an irrigation technique in which farmers dig out furrows in between crop rows. These furrows carry water to the crops and hence, does not utilise groundwater.

Dams are basically barriers which are constructed to prevent the water flow and store water. It does not utilise groundwater.
