Solution

The correct option is D nose nasal cavity pharynx larynx trachea primary bronchi secondary bronchi tertiary bronchi alveoli blood capillaries
The correct sequence of movement of air during inspiration is:
nose nasal cavity pharynx larynx trachea primary bronchi secondary bronchi tertiary bronchi alveoli blood capillaries

We inhale air through our nose and it then passes through the nasal cavity. From the nasal cavity, the air passes to the pharynx, and then to the larynx. The larynx leads to the windpipe also called the trachea. The air from the larynx passes into the windpipe. The trachea divides into two parts to form the left and right primary bronchi. The primary bronchus divides to form secondary bronchi which further divide to form tertiary bronchi. The tertiary bronchi further branch into bronchioles. The terminal bronchioles have the air sacs or alveoli. Alveoli have a rich supply of blood capillaries. The exchange of gases takes place between the walls of the alveoli and the blood capillaries.
