Solution

The correct option is A 5040
Consider 5040. ; Since the number is ending with zero, it is divisible by 2, 5 and 10.
The sum of the digits is 9, hence it is divisible by 3 and 9.
Since the number is divisible by 2 and 3, it is divisible by 6.
The last 2 digits is 40 is divisible by 4, hence the number is divisible by 4.
The last 3 digit is divisible by 8, hence the number is divisible by 8.
If we divide 5040 by 7, we get 720, hence it is completely divisible by 7.
Hence, 5040 is a multiple of all the numbers from 1 to 10.
If we consider the other options, we can see that they are all divisible by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 but not by 7.
Hence, from the given option, only 5040 is a multiple of all the numbers from 1 to 10.
