The correct option is A Periodic absistence
Periodic abstinence is also known as fertility awareness, natural family planning or the rhythm method. This approach entails not having sexual intercourse on the days of a woman's menstrual cycle when there are maximum chances of she becoming pregnant. Since ovulation can take place anywhere between 10th to 17th day of menstrual cycle, chances of fertilization are high if intercourse is done without any other contraceptive method. This period is called fertility period. No sexual intercourse during these days is called as periodic abstinence.
