An object covering equal distances in equal time interval, i.e. moving with a uniform speed is said to be in a uniform motion.

An object moving in a circular path with uniform speed is said to be in a uniform circular motion.

Since, in a motion of a pendulum and in a car travelling in an overcrowded zig zag road, the speed of the object is changing and is not uniform, hence they are examples of non-uniform motion.
