Whenever any industrial project comes, government generally do think of some new shelters for the locals of those regions but, sometimes the government doesn't stand on their own promises. At times, the locals forced to move, and their forest area is wiped off. In some case, they do get jobs in the company which is about to come but not necessarily at the managerial level. The jobs are taken majorly by the outsiders.
