Solution

The correct option is A Mitochondria
The mitochondria are the power house of cell as they generate the power by converting oxygen and nutrients into Adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The mitochondria are rod shaped, these are oval in shape, size ranges from 0.5 to 10 micrometers, these are generally oblong consisting two distinct membrane called outer and inner membrane composed of phospholipid bilayer and proteins, the outer membrane contains special channels and is semi permeable to large and small molecules. The inner membrane folds many times and creates structure called cristae. Matrix is the fluid present in the mitochondria.
The main function of mitochondria is to perform cellular respiration. Mitochondria are self replicating organelle and contain DNA ,enzymes and ribosomes for synthesis of necessary proteins.
Therefore the right option is "Mitochondria".
