Lymph is known as the white coloured vascular connective tissue. Blood capillaries have small pores through which plasma keeps oozing out along with small proteins and white blood cells. This forms the lymph. Lymph has the same composition as blood plasma but without the red blood cells. It is colourless and since it contains leucocytes it helps in immunity.
