First, check out for bond order.

F - F Bond order = 1

O = O Bond order = 2

N ≡ N Bond order = 3

H - H Bond order = 1


Now, as F, N and O are from same period and we know that

Bond order 1Bond length
Therefore, N2< O2< F2

And H - H bond length will be least because H is very small compared to second period elements.

For bond length

F2> O2> N2> H2
