The question has some error. It should be second electron affinity of oxygen.
Always electron affinity is an ​exothermic reaction, since the electrons are added to the neutral atom. Whereas the second electron affinity is positive that means energy is needed since its very tough to add one more electron to the already created negative ion. So second electron affinity of oxygen is positive.
