The correct option is B $(2 k + 3 m)^{2}$
$4 k^{2} + 12 k m + 9 m^{2}$ = $(2 k)^{2} + 2 (2 k) (3 m) + (3 m)^{2}$

We know,
$(x + y)^{2}$ = $x^{2} + 2 x y + y^{2}$

Comparing this identity to $(2 k)^{2} + 2 (2 k) (3 m) + (3 m)^{2}$ , we get

$x = 2 k, y = 3 m$
