In option (a) and (c) the magnetic field lines are parallel, which represent an uniform magnetic field.

Circular magnetic field lines are produced due to a straight current carrying conducter/wire.

However intersection of two magnetic field lines is not permissible because it will give two tangents at the same point and thus presence of 'two' magnetic field values at the same point in space is absurd.

Direction of tangent at a point on magnetic filed lines give the direction of magnetic field at that point.
(d) is not a possible representation of magnetic field lines.
