Solution

The correct option is D Tunica albuginea
Tunica albuginea is a layer of the ovary, composed of connective tissues.

Outermost ovarian layer is the germinal epithelium and is made up of cuboidal epithelial cells.

The endometrium is the innermost layer of the uterus to which the embryo embeds itself during gestation. It is composed of simple columnar epithelium, an underlying endometrial stroma and endometrial glands (it is the glandular layer).

The oviduct forms the passage of the oocyte from the ovary to the uterus. Its mucosal layer consists of epithelium and lamina propria.
