Pure sodium chloride is non-hygroscopic, but behaves as hygroscopic due to the impurities of CaCl₂ and MgCl₂ in it.
Note: Lithium fluoride(LiF) is non hygroscopic it does not form hydrates like other lithium halides. for example LiCl is hygroscopic and forms hydrate.
